The redesign of Woods Bagot’s Sydney head office required a highly collaborative approach between the leading global architectural firm and Élan within a tight turnaround.

Élan’s fluid execution of the design intent brought to life the firms vision for a “Next Generation Studio” serving as a direct reflection of the calibre of architecture that the practice is renowned for. The pre-finished off-site construction enabled Élan to deliver the project in a miraculous 4 months.

The fitout blends typologies from exhibition design, a library, a model workshop, a private home and communal social space to inspire both staff and clients alike.

Team zones are flexible and moveable to promote collaborative work styles. Oak shelving acts as partitioning throughout to avoid enclosed spaces. The company also commissioned a number of large hand-made meeting tables in solid timbers.
