Élan stripped, reconstructed and refurbished four inner city office levels to accommodate a boutique serviced share workplace company to lead the guard in design-driven office environments.
Open plan settings, meeting rooms, break-out areas and common facilities are woven throughout the fully-appointed private office suites and workstations to enable a highly customisable working style. An array of custom-built shelving and storage units plus kitchenettes and bathroom facilities feature on every level.
Throughout, timber and glass private office suite doors soften the bolder design points and facilitate an abundance of natural light, whilst communal areas including a sunlit library nook, internal garden and lounge configurations humanise the ambience with a domestic aesthetic. Élan also oversaw the curation of the vibrant furnishings which include international brands such as Kartell, Eames, Arne Jacobson and Patricia Urquiola.
